Short description about AEMFI
The Association of Ethiopian Microfinance Institutions (AEMFI) was formed as a non-for-profit, non-governmental association of the Ethiopian microfinance institutions as defined by Proclamation No. 40/1996 under which microfinance institutions in Ethiopia are regulated by the National Bank of Ethiopia. Research Objectives
The objective of this research exercise was to examine the current microfinance operations in Ethiopia with special reference to agricultural finance in a bid to develop new or refine existing products to effectively address the post-harvest needs of the farming community.
