7th Bi-Annual Microfinance Conference

The Association of Ethiopian Microfinance Institutions (AEMFI) is planning to hold its 7th Bi-Annual Microfinance Conference September 18-20, 2012. The theme of this year's conference will be “Contributions of Microfinance Institutions in Implementing the Growth and Transformation Plan (GTP)”. The following topics are the focus of the conference and the papers to be presented.

A lot of guests and higher officials attended the inauguration ceremony. This multi-purpose building will have the following purposes:

Since AEMFI is in the process of establishing the Ethiopian inclusive finance training and research institute, the building will be used to kick start the program.
It will also serve as office space of AEMFI staff
Resource Center
Conference center
Generate income to sustain the activities of AEMFI
